GIANCARLO MANZI

Giancarlo Manzi, PhD, is lecturer of statistics (SECS-S01) at the Department of Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods at the University of Milan. He has worked at the Biostatistics Unit, Medical Research Council, Cambridge, UK on meta-analysis and expert opinion Bayesian modeling.  He is currently working in projects about synthetic satisfaction indicators, trust in the European Union, bike-sharing and car-sharing schemes and academic peer review process. He is involved in big data projects about mobility and public transport and is the organizer of the workshop “Smart Mobility in Smart Cities” held every year at the University of Milan.
