FRANCESCA DE BATTISTI

Francesca De Battisti is a lecturer in statistics (SECS-S01), she holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Milan and she got a Phd in Statistics from the University of Trento. Currently she is Assistant Professor of Statistics at the Department of Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods of the University of Milan. Her main research interests focus on evaluation of service quality, evaluation of customer and job satisfaction, evaluation of occupational outcome, analysis of inequality measures, Rasch model (methodological aspects and applicationin customer satisfaction survey data), PLS-SEM models to investigate latent constructs and their relationships, and in general on statistics for the social sciences: for instance, the integration of stakeholders for managerial, ethical and analytical reasons in the Human Resource Management (HRM), the importance of employability and mental health in dismissed workers, the role of search strategies and psychological distress on perceived employability and reemployment.
